Morocco Meets Napa: A Weekend filled with Moroccan Wine
March was a very busy month for us! We had quite a few events centered around our Moroccan wines that were recieved just in time! We were honored to be included in the Auberge Resort's first "Food of Place" event of the year up in Calistoga. The theme was "Napa Meets Morocco", which included three days of events beginning with a beautiful opening night at Auberge du Soliel with Palais Namaskar’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef Antoine Perray. The collaboration was with culinary extraordinaires Executive Chef Robert Curry of Michelin-starred Auberge du Soleil, Brandon Sharp, Executive Chef of Solage Calistoga, and Executive Chef Aaron Meneghelli at Calistoga Ranch for the three-day program, which featured multi-course meals each paired with Moroccan wines, hammam-style spa offerings, cooking demonstrations and culminated in a Morocco-meets-California gala in the wine cave of Calistoga Ranch.
