In 2007, Laurent Plantevin's first vinification was started in the corner of his fathers shed. He borrowed one hectar of his father's grapes and vinified one tank of red wine. Since then his wine has achieved multiple awards in national and international wine competitions and appeared in wine magazines. He continuously equipped and improved his wine facilities and in 2009 he finally established his own Estate. Since Laurent has took charge of his vineyard, he has practiced an organic agriculture method. By 2010, all the his vineyards, 16ha in total, have been converted to organic farming and controlled under Eco Cert.
