Mourvedre 34% Grenache 33% Syrah 33%
Grapes are all hand harvested, de-stemmed, crushed and transferred to the stainless steel tank. The fermentation is due to Indigenous yeasts. The temperature is monitored and controlled between 20~25℃ during the fermentation. This wine is made by free run only. The malolactic fermentation is completed and matured in the stainless steel tank.
