Anna and David de Laski started Solminer Wine to fulfill a dream, to create well-balanced California wine from their local, organically farmed vineyard and express and share their love for Austrian varietals. Solminer's mission is to create harmoniously balanced food friendly wines from single vineyards with minimal intervention. We allow fermentations to occur as naturally as possible giving each wine their own unique character and sense of terroir.
