A beautiful family story. The WARIS-HUBERT family is settled in Avize, a Grand Cru village on the Côte des Blancs. In this prestigious appellation, Stéphanie and Olivier WARIS, fourth generation, produce champagne enhancing their precious terroir. Concerned about the quality of their terroir and the environment, they work the soils of their Grand Cru vines on horseback. Their philosophy being low dosage champagnes in order to take advantage of the precious terroirs, minerality and floral aromas.

Region : Avize, Champagne, France
Vinification :  Vinification in stainless steel vats for 6-8 months. Aged 2 years on slats at a constant temperature of 11 degree celcius.
