Vinification: In Qvevri with Kakhetian traditional technology, 3.5 months maceration on full grape skins, pips and stems. Aged in French oak barrels during 3 months (In the process of wine making, no additional materials are used, only sulfites (SO2) and those only for disinfection of qvevri). Wine is bottled without filtration.

Sulfites: No SO2 added.
