Soil: Sandy loam, rocky topsoil

Vinification: The manually harvested grapes are vinified separately. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast in stainless steel. The wine ages for 4 months on the lees. Unfined & Unfiltered.

Sulfites: 40 mg/L
