Certification: Biodynamic & Organic

Grapes: 60% Zweigelt, 30% Blaunfrankisch, 10% Sankt Laurent

Region: Neusiedlersee, Burgenland- Austria

Soil: Sandy loam, rocky topsoil

Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested and undergo semi-carbonic maceration.Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. Aged in stainless steel tanks on the lees for 5-6 months.

Sulfites: low addition at bottling
