Grapes: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier

Region: Zaër, Morocco

Soil: Hamri (red clay) & ancient sands, limestone subsoil and shale

Vinification: Manually harvested grapes. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. The wine ages in stainless steel.

Sulfites: low addition at bottling
