Region: Zaër, Morocco

Soil: Hamri (red clay) & ancient sands, limestone subsoil and shale

Vinification: The Carignan and Syrah are hand-picked. Cold maceration first, then the grapes are fermented in concrete tank at controlled temperatures.

Sulfites: low addition at bottling
