Grapes: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Carignan, 10% Marselan

Region: Zaer, Morocco

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked. Cold maceration first, then the grapes are destemmed, followed by fermentation in concrete tanks. All wines are vinified separately and aged in concrete tanks.

Sulfites: low addition at bottling
