CHAMPAGNE FLEURY 'Variation' Brut Nature Sans Soufre 2014 (sparkling white)
Champagne Fleury is a family winery dating back 4 generations situated in Southern Champagne around the village of Courteron. Emile Fleury established the wine estate in 1895 after the phylloxera crisis, and today Jean-Sébastien Fleury heads the operation.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Gris
Region: Cote de Bar, Champagne, France
Vinification: Pinot Gris is extremely rare in Champagne. The vines were planted in 2010 and harvested by hand in 2014. The wine was vinified sans soufre in 2015 and then left to age for 5 years. The wine was vinified entirely in oak barrels, and the second fermentation in bottle according to traditional Champagne method.
Dryness: Brut Nature (no dosage)
Sulfites: No added SO2
