Champagne Fleury is a family winery dating back 4 generations situated in Southern Champagne around the village of Courteron. Emile Fleury established the wine estate in 1895 after the phylloxera crisis, and today Jean-Sébastien Fleury heads the operation.

Vinification : The grapes, from 25 years old vines, are hand-harvested. The wine is vinified is thermoregulated tanks (70%) andnin oak barrels (30%) and goes through malolactic fermentation, and the second fermentation, according to the Champenoise method, takes place in bottles under cork with "agrafe".
