Vinification: Crafted from a blend of Kisi, Khikhvi, and Mtsvane, Sando 2020 showcases the finesse of co-fermentation. Hand-harvested with meticulous care, these grapes are integral to the wine's layered complexity. After being crushed into Qvevri for natural fermentation, the wine spent seven months on skins, followed by a two-year maturation in our cellar. This traditional method, using underground clay vessels, is key to developing the wine's unique flavor profile, reflective of its terroir and varietals. Sandro 2020 greets the senses with an expressive aroma of fried apricots and yellow fruits, complemented by delicate wildflower notes. The palate is soft yet rich, unfolding layers of white cherry jam and ripe tropical fruits, supported by vibrant acidity and lasting finish.
