ALTA ALELLA 'Puput' 2017 Catalunya, Spain (375 ml. Red dessert wine)
Region: Catalunya, Spain
Vinification: Organic sweet red wine made from Mataró. The grapes are left to overripen on the vine and the harvest takes place before the raisining process begins. During the first couple of days the alcoholic fermentation is initiated to saturate the wine from CO2 and thus prevent oxidation. The maceration takes place in stainless steel vats for 6 months in order to obtain a maximum extraction of color. After a light pressing the wine is bottled.
Sulfites: no SO2 added.
