Soil: Sauló- an acidic white granite-based sandy soil with low limestone content, low organic matter and good natural water drainage

Vinification: First spontaneous fermentation at low temperature and second fermentation bottle using the Ancestral Method (natural sugar of the must). Aged between 15-24 months. 

Dryness: Brut Nature (No residual sugar)

Sulfites: no added so2


The winery is located in Serralada de Marina Natural Park, just 19 kilometres from Barcelona.
