Vinification : The family's flagship red 'Ladrón de Uvas' is fully destemmed and open fermented in the family's original lagar : a 150 yr-old, 5000 litre foudre made of raulí. Raulí is Chile's native beechwood from which all wine vessels were made until the arrival of French oak. It's very hard to find lagar that have been in continuous use since inception. This is truly historic wine.
