Grapes harvested exclusively in the Garbera vineyard, hand-picked and placed in 20 kg tubs, sent to the winery for pressing within two hours maximum. Stripping, pressing and steeping of the grapes with alcoholic fermentation within 7 days in stainless-steel, temperature-controlled fermentation vats with a 65 hectolitre capacity. Daily must mixing both in vacuum and in open-air, according to need.
Bright ruby red color. Intense, fine, fragrant and floral, slightly spicy bouquet. Elegant, persistent, fine, dry, typically and pleasantly tannic flavors.
