60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Carignan

 

With this red, Marc uses whole-cluster fermentation and minimal sulfur additions at bottling. This is as pure a Côtes du Roussillon red as you are ever likely to get. The juice has a good amount of texture and weight as a result of seeing some skin contact. Marc practices biodynamic, organic farming and makes his wines with minimal sulfur. These wines are considered vegan, natural, orange.
