Soil: light mechanical structure, cordier-carbonate sandy soil
Vinification: The grapes are pressed then placed in Qvevri, and the juice is allowed to macerate for 3 days on full grape skins, pips and stems. A slow, spontaneous fermentation in amphorae for 1.5 months. After fermentation completed, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 3 months. Bottled unfiltered.
Sulfites: No SO2 added.
