Vinification : Andeira is a single-grape, no disgorged refermented in the bottle sparkling wine, from vineyards planted between 1970 and 2005. It spends around 6 months in old wooden casks or tonneaux before being bottled for the spontaneous refermentation. In the local dialect of 19th century, Andeira means “gait”.
