Soil: sandy loam, rocky topsoil

Vinification: The manually harvested Grüner Veltliner goes through full carbonic maceration for about two weeks. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. The wine ages for over 9 months in concrete eggs. Unfined & Unfiltered.

Sulfites: low addition at bottling
