Soil: sandy loam, rocky topsoil

Vinification: The manually harvested Pinot Noir goes into open top stainless steel. 10-day fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. The wine is gently pressed and ages for 8 months in used oak barrels and stainless steel. Unfined & Unfiltered.

Sulfites: 30 mg/L
