Vinification: The manually harvested Juhfark is gently pressed then the juice macerates on the skins for 4 days. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. The wine ages for 24 months in used Hungarian barrels, and then another 12 months in bottle. Unfined & Unfiltered.
Sulfites: No SO2 added.
