Vinification: 15% of the Zinfandel enters the fermenter whole cluster. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. The skins are punched down into the juice twice daily for the 3 weeks it remaines in contact with the skins. The wine spends 12 months on the lees and is aged for 24 months in neutral puncheon and concrete.
