LUSU CELLARS Carignan 2017 Antioch, CA (red wine)
Vinification: The Carignan is destemmed and pressed. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. The skins are punched down into the juice twice daily for the 13 days it remains in contact with the skins. The wine spends 11 months on the lees and is aged for 9 months in neutral French puncheons.
