Vinification: After destemming and soft crushing grapes, must ferments spontaneously and low temperature alcoholic fermentation is conducted for 40 days. The fermenting must is then transferred to stainless steel tank, where wine is aging on lees, with continued bâttonage in these pressure tanks, in order to obtain a stable wine.
Dryness: Brut Nature - 2.5 g/l
Sulfites: Low addition at bottling
