Soil: Sauló- an acidic white granite-based sandy soil with low limestone content, low organic matter and good natural water drainage

Vinification: Stainless steel fermentation, then the Traditional Method is applied with a minimum of 15 months ageing, and is released right after disgorgement. 

Dryness: Brut Nature (No residual sugar)

Sulfites: low addition at bottling
