Grapes: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah

Region: Vacqueyras, Southern Rhône, France

Vinification: The manually harvested Grenache and Syrah were harvested from 10-45 year old vines growing on vertical limestone strata and some clay. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. The grapes undergo a long maceration, for 1-2 months. The wines ages for 12 months half in large mild oak vats, half in cement vats. 15,000 bottles produced. Unfined & Unfiltered.
