Soil: Sauló- an acidic white granite-based sandy soil with low limestone content, low organic matter and good natural water drainage
Vinification: Organic sweet white wine made like an ice-wine. Once the 18-hours cold maceration is performed to extract the flavors of theskin, the grapes are lightly pressed. A very low temperature controlled fermentation and a natural stop of the process allows thewine to retain a high amount of residual sugar.
Sulfites: no SO2 added.
