Vincent and Adelaide Grall have less than 4 ha of vineyards right on the hill of Sancerre, under the town itself. They run a small operation from what used to once be their garage. Rather than the typical Argilo-Calcair soil of Bue or Sury-en-Vaux, theirs is more of a mix of Argile, silex and rather flinty soils. This results in unmistakeable stony mineral Sancerre driven wines.
